Lost Password Recovery

Step 1: Click Sign In

Step 2: Click Lost Password

Click on the “Lost Password” link below the sign-in form.

Step 3: Enter Username or Email

Type your username or email into the box. In most cases, your username is your email address.

Step 4: Check Your Email

Watch your email for a note from us that will contain instructions for changing your password. The note should look like this:

Step 5: Enter New Password

You can accept the generated password or type in a new password of your choosing. It should be 12 characters long and contain upper and lower case, and at least one number and symbol.

Step 6: Sign In with New Password

Sign in with your username and new password.
